Salary: £35,000 - £42,000

Aztrum is excited to be working with a well-established architectural practice based in Birmingham, currently looking to add an experienced Job Runner to their growing team. Known for delivering sustainable, community-focused architecture, the practice has built a strong reputation for its collaborative approach and diverse portfolio.



With projects spanning the Commercial, Education, Industrial, and Healthcare sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high-profile developments from concept through to completion. For this role, we're seeking candidates with strong project-running experience within the Commercial, Education, or Industrial sectors who can lead teams and drive successful project delivery.



Key Responsibilities for this Job Runner role:



Lead projects through all RIBA stages, managing design development, technical delivery, and on-site coordination.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflows.

Oversee internal teams, allocating tasks and managing deadlines to meet project objectives.

Ensure all work complies with building regulations, planning conditions, and the original design intent.



Qualifications and Experience:



A degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology, with relevant professional experience.

Proficiency in Revit and a good understanding of BIM processes.

Demonstrable experience running projects independently across multiple sectors.

Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills with excellent attention to detail.
