What you’ll do
- Leading design coordination and documentation for projects from start to finish
- Participating in client meetings and presenting creative ideas with clarity and confidence
- Collaborating across disciplines to ensure technical accuracy and design integrity
- Preparing architectural specifications and maintaining quality control
- Navigating codes, standards, and submittals for approval, bidding, and construction
- Supporting construction administration, including RFIs, change directives, and field support
- Championing CPL’s mission, values, and brand in everything you do
What you bring
- A professional degree in Architecture and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (or an equivalent mix of education and experience)
- Active professional licensure
- Proven knowledge of governing codes, standards, and project planning processes
- LEED or WELL accreditation is a plus
- Fluency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and other visualization tools
- A solid understanding of design standards, codes, and construction methods
- A collaborative spirit, great communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

The rate for this position generally ranges between $73K-91K annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employees already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
