In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with industry leaders Tarah Raaum, AIA, and Jeremy Wiesen, AIA, while working alongside a talented internal team of designers, spec writers, visualization experts, and construction administrators. As an ISG Employee Owner, you’ll partner with a talented team of fellow owners to bring visionary healthcare environments to life. Essential Duties
- Collaborate closely with clients, design professionals, and stakeholders to deliver innovative healthcare environments—from hospitals to clinics and ancillary support services
- Lead projects through all phases, including master planning, programming, design development, documentation, funding support, and construction
- Clearly communicate project goals, design standards, and processes with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and excellence
- Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented studio culture
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Licensed Architect with active registration
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and promote ISG’s design solutions
- Exceptional communication skills—able to convey ideas empathetically, visually, and effectively in both written and verbal formats
- Strong knowledge of building codes, healthcare regulations, and safety standards
- Skilled at representing ISG and clients in public forums and stakeholder meetings
- Proficient in architectural design software including Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and SketchUp
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare design, including detailed architectural drawings and documentation
- Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities and a passion for mentoring others
- Interest in evidence-based design and performance-based design solutions
