Architect\nLocation: Central London\nSalary: £38-45,000 (dependent on experience)\n\nA creative and design-focused architectural practice based in Central London is looking to appoint a skilled Architect to join its dynamic and collaborative team. The studio has built a strong reputation for delivering imaginative, high-quality projects across the residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use sectors. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your career within a supportive and design-driven environment, gaining exposure across every stage of the project lifecycle.\n\nBenefits\n\n* 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service\n* Flexible hybrid working arrangement, including home working on Mondays and Fridays\n* Modern equipment and up-to-date software provided\n* Company pension scheme\n\nRole & Responsibilities\n\n* Support the design and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages\n* Prepare detailed design presentations and technical drawing packages\n* Assist with planning submissions, tender packages and construction documentation\n* Liaise and coordinate with consultants, contractors and external project teams\n* Ensure all designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards\n* Contribute to projects from initial concept through to final completion\n* Take on greater project responsibility as experience and confidence develop\n\nSkills & Experience\n\n* ARB registered Architect\n* Strong creative and technical ability with a solid understanding of UK construction methods\n* Proficient in Vectorworks\n* Previous experience working on UK projects across a range of RIBA stages\n* Good understanding of UK planning procedures and Building Regulations\n* Excellent communication and organisational skills\n* Positive, proactive and collaborative approach with a strong desire for professional development within a team environment\n\nTo apply, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to .
