Architect\n\nLocation: Cambridge\n\nSalary:£35-38,000\n\nA well-established and highly regarded architectural practice, recognised for its considered and sustainable design ethos, is seeking an experienced Architect to join its friendly and collaborative Cambridge studio. The practice works across a diverse range of sectors including education, healthcare, cultural, and residential projects, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, well-resolved design that balances creativity with technical rigour.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead the production of high-quality design and technical drawings\nCoordinate design and technical information with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams\nSupport project delivery across RIBA Stages 3 to 6\nEnsure compliance with current UK building regulations and technical standards\nWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary design team\nAssist with design development and technical coordination during construction and on-site phasesSkills and Experience\n\nARB-registered Architect\nExperience working within a UK architectural practice\nStrong technical knowledge with proven construction detailing skills\nGood understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodologies\nProficiency in Revit with a solid understanding of BIM processes\nExcellent attention to detail\nStrong communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach\n\nTo apply, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to .
