This is an exciting opportunity for a confident job-runner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep expertise in Revit and Defence or Commercial design.\n\nKey Requirements for this Architect / Architectural Technologist role: \n\nFully qualified Architect (ARB registered) or experienced Architectural Technologist (CIAT )\nStrong job-running experience, with the ability to manage all project stages independently\nProficiency in Revit is essential\nDemonstrable experience working within the healthcare sector and knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., HTM/HBN)\nExcellent coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams\nSolid understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning policy\nStrong technical knowledge and attention to detail\nEffective communicator, both verbal and writtenInterested?
