Architect / Architectural Technologist - Cladding\n\nUp to £50,000 \n\nAztrum is delighted to be representing a well-established design practice with successful teams across Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Interior Design.\n\nOur client is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist or Architect with specialist cladding expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident job-runner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of façade and envelope packages from concept through to delivery.\n\nKey Requirements for this Cladding-Focused Role\n\nFully qualified Architect (ARB registered) or experienced Architectural Technologist (CIAT )\n\nProven track record delivering cladding / façade packages on complex projects\n\nStrong understanding of rainscreen systems, façade detailing, fire compliance, and material performance\n\nExperience coordinating cladding with structure, MEP, and specialist subcontractors\n\nExcellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, fire safety guidance, and façade-related standards\n\nProficiency in Revit and producing detailed technical drawings for façade systems\n\nJob-running experience, with the ability to manage cladding packages independently across all project stages\n\nExperience within healthcare projects and familiarity with HTM/HBN standards is desirable\n\nStrong technical focus, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills\n\nClear communicator with contractors, consultants, and clients\n\nIf you are passionate about façade design and delivery and want to play a key role on technically demanding projects, we’d love to hear from you.\n\nInterested?
