Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect/Architect located in Handforth or Stafford. The role involves managing architectural projects from conception to completion, focusing on design development, project coordination, and client collaboration. You will create high-quality, sustainable architectural designs, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and manage workflows between design software and project implementation. You will also collaborate closely with the team to integrate creative solutions and deliver exceptional results for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture, with a strong understanding of sustainable and functional design principles
- Experience in Project Management, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural tools and processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients effectively
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools
- RIBA Chartered status or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working on UK-based projects is an advantage
