They are now looking for a talented, technically proficient Architect to join their London team and play a central role in delivering one of their landmark aviation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate design across all RIBA stages (0-7), with a strong focus on stages 4-6

- Guide junior staff and project assistants, ensuring high-quality, on-time outputs

- Maintain project documentation, drawings, specifications, and schedules in line with BIM and quality standards

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, managing meetings and approvals effectively

- Proactively identify commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring any change is well documented and agreed

- Uphold quality assurance processes and contribute to internal audits



What They're Looking For:

- Qualified Architect with ARB registration

- Experience working across RIBA stages 4-6

- Strong REVIT proficiency - essential

- Background in aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects

- Knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing

- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, SketchUp

- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities

- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and team-oriented with a proactive mindset
