Architect

We are recruiting on behalf of a progressive architectural studio in Surrey that specialises in delivering beautifully designed, high-end residential projects. They are now looking for a Qualified Architect with a passion for design and detail to join their close-knit team.



About the Role:



You’ll be working across all project stages, from early design and planning through to delivery, depending on experience. The role is ideal for a motivated Architect who wants hands-on responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to play a key role in a growing team.



Key Responsibilities:



* Lead design and planning packages



* Liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors



* Contribute to technical drawings and project coordination



* Conduct site visits and monitor build progress when required



* Report directly to the Director and support junior team members



What They’re Looking For:



* A minimum of 2 years' post-Part III experience in a UK practice



* Experience with high-end residential projects is



* Strong design sensibility with solid presentation and communication skills



* Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines



* Full UK driving licence and own transport essential



* Ideally located within an hour’s commute of the Surrey-based office



* Previous work in a Surrey-based studio is advantageous
