Salary:                  £40,000 - £47,000 per annum

The studio are seeking an ambitious and talented Architect, either recently qualified or with 1 – 2 years post qualification experience to join their well-established team, delivering exceptional projects across the UK.

This opportunity would be ideal for a qualified Architect with proven experience in the residential/mixed-use sector and confidence using Revit in a BIM-led environment.

Office:

  • \nHours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

 

Duties:

    \n
  • Lead and deliver medium to large scale residential-led, mixed-use projects (RIBA Stages 4–6)
  • \n

  • Manage internal project teams and coordinate design with external consultants
  • \n

  • Chair design team meetings and lead day-to-day client communications
  • \n

  • Prepare design drawings, specifications and calculations under the direction of an Associate Director
  • \n

  • Assemble and process tender documentation as required
  • \n

  • Contribute to internal design reviews and team meetings
  • \n

 

Requirements:

    \n
  • ARB and Masters Qualified Architect
  • \n

  • Minimum of 1 years’ post qualification experience
  • \n

  • Strong design and technical skills
  • \n

  • Proven experience on large-scale residential projects from Stage 4 onwards
  • \n

  • Confident in a client-facing role and in leading internal and external teams
  • \n

  • Excellent Revit proficiency
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of current UK Building Regulations
  • \n
