What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with arcade and merchandising equipment.
• Customer Service Hero: Interact with venue staff and customers to ensure smooth game operations and happy guests.
• Maintenance & Upkeep: Perform regular maintenance to keep machines operating at their best.
• Independence & Responsibility: Manage your route, prioritize repairs, and maintain accurate service records.

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical & Electrical Know-How: 2+ years of experience OR completion of a technical training program.
• Troubleshooting Wizard: You love solving puzzles and finding creative solutions to technical issues.
• Customer Service Pro: You communicate clearly and know how to turn frustrated customers into happy ones.
• Detail-Oriented & Reliable: You stay organized, follow through on tasks, and take pride in doing things right.
• Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and ability to travel to customer locations.
• Schedule Flexibility: Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Your Day Might Include:

• Diagnosing a game that won't accept credits and fixing the issue on the spot.
• Prioritizing repairs when multiple machines need attention.
• Communicating with venue staff to ensure they feel supported and satisfied.
• Preventing problems by performing proactive maintenance on high-traffic machines.

Service Technicians have a position that requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities. You will work closely with other team members in our technical department as well as in the field.
