We are a high-energy Bowling Entertainment Center featuring 100+ arcade games, crane machines, a laser maze, 12 Brunswick String Pin bowling lanes, and 6 batting cages. Our mission is to provide the best player experience possible by keeping our games and attractions in top working order.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise, schedule, and lead a team of Techs and Game Service Attendants (GSAs).
• Oversee daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on arcade games, attractions, bowling lanes, and batting cages.
• Ensure Intercard and other game systems are properly maintained, and issues are resolved quickly.
• Train and develop team members to grow technical skills and maintain service standards.
• Track repairs, parts, and game downtime; generate reports to identify trends.
• Work closely with the Technical Director to implement best practices and new systems.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop and storage areas.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in arcade, amusement, or entertainment facility maintenance ().
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
• Technical aptitude in electronics, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage schedules, inventory, and multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays, some holidays and 1 night shift a month for closing staff development
