Arborist/CDL/Operations Manager

Looking for a natural leader with experience in field operations and a passion for outdoors.

1. Lead and manage field operations and scheduling for tree crews 3+ years experience in operations or tree services/landscaping. Knowledge of arboriculture practices,

2. Ensure timely, safe, high-quality job completion

3. Coordinate logistics, equipment and materials for multiple job sites

3. Communicate with clients to confirm work details and resolve issues

4. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and industry standards

5. Track costs, labor hours and equipment usage

6. Sales, new and continuous customers

7. Hire and train field crew

8. Drive equipment as needed to field sites. MUST HAVE VALID CDL LICENSE
