Role Description
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our Aquatics Division in Greenwood Village, CO. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a solutions-first mindset, and a passion for seeing high-end aquatic and water feature projects come to life.
As Assistant PM, you’ll support the entire lifecycle of projects—from kickoff to completion. You’ll coordinate logistics, conduct on-site inspections, assist with scheduling and resource management, and help ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in daily project execution
- Coordinate materials, labor, and subcontractor schedules
- Maintain project documentation and timelines
- Conduct regular job site inspections for quality control and compliance
- Assist in managing budgets, contracts, and client communication
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success
Qualifications
- Experience in project expediting/logistics or expeditor roles
- Proficiency in project management practices and construction logistics
- Ability to conduct detailed site inspections
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Prior experience in construction, pool building, or mechanical/electrical subcontracting
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience or a degree in lieu of experience
