The Apprentice - Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Development will support ERP training efforts by building Oracle Guided Learning content that helps end users complete everyday system tasks. This role is structured, task-driven, and learning-oriented.
Most functional guidance, requirements, and review feedback will be provided by the Training Lead rather than requiring direct interaction with subject matter experts. The apprentice is expected to learn quickly, apply standards consistently, and improve quality over time through coaching and feedback.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new tools while working in a real production environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Instructional Technology, or a closely related field.
- Interest in digital learning tools, system enablement, or user support within enterprise applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented instructions precisely.
- Clear written communication skills focused on simple, step-by-step guidance for end users.
- Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and standards quickly.
- Ability to work independently with structured oversight and feedback.
Experience
- Entry-level or early-career candidates welcome, including recent graduates.
- Prior experience with digital learning tools, user assistance, or system configuration is a plus but not required.
- Exposure to tools such as Oracle Guided Learning, WalkMe, Whatfix, Pendo Guides, SAP Enable Now, Userlane, or similar platforms is helpful but not mandatory.
- Experience supporting ERP, HR, Finance, or other enterprise systems is a plus.
- Create and maintain Oracle Guided Learning content based on detailed instructions, examples, and templates provided by the Training team.
- Build step-by-step guided tours, walkthroughs, and contextual help within Oracle Fusion.
- Apply established templates, standards, naming conventions, and formatting guidelines consistently.
- Update content based on review feedback, testing outcomes, and system changes.
- Perform basic testing to ensure guides function correctly in target environments.
- Track assigned work, ask questions early, and communicate progress or issues to the Training Lead.
- Support training readiness, go-live activities, and post–go-live updates as assigned.
