Apprentice Electrician

Spree Solar Systems LLC - Papa'aloa, HI

Spree Solar Systems LLC is a small but growing solar installation company seeking an Apprentice Electrician. This is a full-time, entry-level role for candidates with at least one year of electrical experience who are pursuing a Journeyman Electrician's License.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical plans
• Mount and install PV panels and equipment
• Wire and test PV systems
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues
• Provide excellent customer service
• Travel to job sites, including rural locations across Hawaii

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of electrical experience
• Currently working toward Journeyman Electrician's License
• Experience with 120V/240V systems
• Solar installation experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $25-$35 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time role with paid vacation
• Company training and growth potential
• Possible company vehicle and gas card after probationary period
