We’re seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Client Manager to lead financial operations and client relationships in a dynamic, service-driven environment. This role combines controller-level responsibilities with business development and team leadership. What You’ll Do
- Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, and cash flow planning for a portfolio of clients
- Review and coach team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Meet with clients to provide financial insights and support
- Manage client communications, invoicing, and collections
- Lead local business development efforts and represent the brand in the community
- Use modern tools (QuickBooks, Google Suite, task/time tracking software) to manage work efficiently
- Contribute to internal training and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Controller-level experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop & Online), Microsoft Office, Google Suite
- Self-directed, organized, and committed to excellence
- Comfortable presenting financial data and coaching clients
