We’re seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Client Manager to lead financial operations and client relationships in a dynamic, service-driven environment. This role combines controller-level responsibilities with business development and team leadership. What You’ll Do

  • Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, and cash flow planning for a portfolio of clients
  • Review and coach team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Meet with clients to provide financial insights and support
  • Manage client communications, invoicing, and collections
  • Lead local business development efforts and represent the brand in the community
  • Use modern tools (QuickBooks, Google Suite, task/time tracking software) to manage work efficiently
  • Contribute to internal training and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting
  • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Controller-level experience
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop & Online), Microsoft Office, Google Suite
  • Self-directed, organized, and committed to excellence
  • Comfortable presenting financial data and coaching clients
