Location: Columbus, Ohio (4 Days Onsite)

Contract to Hire

Job Summary: We are looking for an application-level SRE (not Infrastructure or DevOps-focused) to support production applications. The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on experience with monitoring tools, and the ability to manage and resolve production incidents efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor applications using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk
• Identify issues, analyse alerts, and gather insights from monitoring tools
• Handle production incidents and troubleshoot live issues
• Participate in real-time debugging calls and support incident resolution
• Assess impact and escalate issues to the right teams when needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during critical incidents
• Ensure timely resolution and system stability

Required Skills:

• Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar monitoring/observability tools
• Strong understanding of production support and incident management
• Basic knowledge of web-based applications
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
