Job Summary: We are looking for an application-level SRE (not Infrastructure or DevOps-focused) to support production applications. The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on experience with monitoring tools, and the ability to manage and resolve production incidents efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor applications using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk
- Identify issues, analyse alerts, and gather insights from monitoring tools
- Handle production incidents and troubleshoot live issues
- Participate in real-time debugging calls and support incident resolution
- Assess impact and escalate issues to the right teams when needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during critical incidents
- Ensure timely resolution and system stability
Required Skills:
- Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar monitoring/observability tools
- Strong understanding of production support and incident management
- Basic knowledge of web-based applications
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
