The MCSO Enterprise Applications team is currently in need of an Application/Software Developer II who will be skilled in configuration, integration, development and supporting Records Management System (RMS) and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) applications using Microsoft products and .Net programming . The position requires communicating with a project team, functional team, customers, service managers, project managers, and third-party vendors. Responsibilities may include:

Skills Required
Participating in project requirement gathering sessions.
Preparing and maintaining software design documentation.
Developing products to meet customer requirements.
Supporting testing with customers and third-party vendors.
Performing project delivery tasks within stated schedules.
Staying informed on Public Safety industry standards and specifications related to product development.

Skills Our Candidate has:
RMS and CAD configuration, integration and development experience.
Five (5) years of experience as Full Stack Microsoft .Net developer with hands on programming experience in .Net, C#, Rest API, XML/XSL, JSON, SQL server, SSIS, SSRS, and PowerBI.
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps or Git for source code version control and build/release management.
Experience with public safety workflows, developing Public Safety applications, such as Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) and Crime Information Center (NCIC) interfacing, is .

Experience Required
The ideal candidate would have at least Two (2) years of programming experience as Microsoft .Net developer with an emphasis in .Net, C#, Rest API, T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS.

The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience as Microsoft.net developer with an emphasis in .Net, C#, Rest API, T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS.

Education Required
The ideal candidate would have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field
