Key
Responsibilities
Application Engineering Support
(60%)
- Provide swift accurate technical
support to customers including distributors contractors and OEMs
for refrigeration and cold chain
solutions. - Assist customers with product
selection software heat load calculations refrigerant line sizing
electrical component selection and system design
queries. - Support the transition of customers
from semi-hermetic to scroll compressor
technologies. - Develop and maintain technical
libraries application bulletins catalogs user manuals and
cross-reference documents with competitor
products. - Engage customers on alternate
refrigerants and explore new regional
applications. - Lead NBO (New Business
Opportunities) for refrigeration products in collaboration with the
Sales team.
Technical Training
(20%)
- Develop and manage a technical
training calendar and prepare technical
materials. - Deliver training sessions
(theoretical and hands-on) for customers on controllers protections
and system components used in refrigeration
systems. - Manage resources tools and facilities
required for training
activities.
Quality &
Warranty Management (20%)
- Manage
warranty claims related to refrigeration products such as
condensing units compressors and compressor
packs. - Provide troubleshooting and on-site
technical support for critical issues. - Perform
root cause analysis (RCA) using data logging and field
diagnostics. - Conduct compressor teardown
analysis and collaborate with manufacturing teams on product
performance feedback. - Analyze warranty data to
support continuous improvement
initiatives.
What
Were Looking For
Education &
Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics
Engineering. - 8-10 years experience in HVACR
design projects service technical support or training with strong
refrigeration focus.
Skills &
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of
thermodynamics refrigeration systems and electrical
components. - Practical knowledge and hands-on
experience in refrigeration applications and
troubleshooting. - Strong collaboration and
communication skills with a customer-focused
mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
technical software tools.
Additional
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel
across the MEA region as required. - Ability to
work outside typical office environments when
necessary. - Commitment to Health Safety and
Environmental (HSE) policies and
procedures.
