Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Application Development Project Manager/Lead to oversee high-priority projects and ensure seamless coordination between technical and business teams. This role involves managing risks, driving project deliverables, and fostering collaboration to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and a proven ability to deliver results in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of high-priority system migration projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define deliverables, manage dependencies, and maintain clear communication.
• Facilitate planning and discovery sessions for upcoming enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment between IT capabilities and business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing issues to maintain progress and meet deadlines.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable business strategies.
• Oversee the preparation and coordination of supporting systems, applications, and resources to meet project milestones.
• Ensure all project governance processes are followed, including the creation and maintenance of required documentation and reports.
• Provide regular updates and insights to leadership and key stakeholders on project status, risks, and accomplishments.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on application development.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and a solid understanding of coding principles.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management and problem-solving within dynamic environments.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope while maintaining high-quality standards.
