About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team at Bettar, Inc/Bettar Appliance in Kensington, MD. As a leader in appliance repair and maintenance, we are seeking a team member who is passionate about providing top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair various home appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and washing machines
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Keep accurate records of all service calls and inventory
• Stay up-to-date on the latest appliance technology and repair techniques
• Work efficiently and effectively to complete service calls in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in appliance repair and maintenance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy appliances as needed
• EPA certification is a plus
• Maryland HVAC Apprentice License
