Position Overview

The Appliance Installation Lead will be responsible for leading and completing appliance installation projects with precision and professionalism. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and leadership skills to manage job sites, interact with customers, and ensure quality control

Key Responsibilities

• Install a variety of appliances (refrigerators, wall ovens, ranges, dishwashers, washers/dryers, etc.) according to manufacturer and safety guidelines.

• Lead installations on-site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

• Safely transport appliances using proper equipment (dollies, straps, lift gates, etc.).

• Troubleshoot installation issues, including electrical, plumbing, and cabinetry adjustments when necessary.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing updates and handling concerns.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in clean, safe working condition.

• Train and supervise helpers/assistants as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in appliance installation, construction, or related trade.

• Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry basics.

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances safely.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Leadership experience .
