We are seeking candidates to fill a Maintenance Trainee position at our property, Deer Hill Apartments. This lovely community has 258+ units.

This property offers the perfect training ground for the candidate who has basic mechanical knowledge and a desire to learn Maintenance in the apartment industry.

Everyday tasks will include grounds maintenance. Such tasks include using a gas blower, power washer and small power tools. In addition, you will learn how to diagnose and correct a variety of maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, appliance and carpentry repairs.

Requirements:

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical requirements: Able to lift 75 lbs. Able to climb ladders and steps. Applicants must be able to operate power equipment such as saws, drills. Must be able to operate door locks.
