We're hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a reputable apartment community. This is a hands-on role where your experience and tools will make a real impact.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across the property
• Troubleshoot and fix HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Complete work orders and prepare units for new
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed

Requirements:

• Must have your own tools
• Previous apartment or property maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation

Compensation & Schedule:

• $22/hour
• Full-time, contract-to-hire assignment
