Currently Hiring Apartment Maintenance Technician in the East County!

Job Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:

·       Make Ready/Turning apartments

·       Plumbing: repair, replace or install faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, etc.

·       Electrical: repair, replace or install power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights and fans

·       Drywall repair

·       Painting

·       Work with little to no supervision at times

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

·       Minimum 3- 6 months maintenance experience or related

·       HVAC a plus & WELCOMED
