Apartment Maintenance Technician in Phoenix

We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Schedule - Tue-Sat 8am-5pm

Compensation

• $20hr to start
• $600 base monthly bonus (higher production increases bonus)
• 40% rent discount
• We train and pay for EPA and CPO certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests
• Pool Care
• HVAC repairs

​Qualifications:

• 1 year previous experience in maintenance
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• EPA 608 Certification a plus
