BGSF is seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to support a busy apartment community in O’Fallon, MO. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, professionalism, and the ability to complete service requests efficiently.

️ What You’ll Do

• Complete and troubleshoot apartment service requests
• Perform light plumbing and electrical repairs
• Install and repair appliances
• Change/repair locks, lighting, and hardware
• Handle interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• Assist with groundskeeping, pressure washing, and general exterior upkeep
