Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for temporary assignments in residential and commercial properties. Candidates should be skilled in general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting various systems. These assignments require adaptability, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Diagnose issues and execute effective solutions for property maintenance.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance needs.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Utilize basic technology skills, including email, Google applications, and internet functions, for reporting and communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Basic technology skills, including the ability to use email, Google applications, and general internet functions.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
