About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Franklin, Indiana. This is a full-time, hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for keeping our community running smoothly and providing excellent service to our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general apartment maintenance repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting
• Handle work orders promptly and professionally
• Maintain community grounds and curb appeal
• Assist with apartment turns and renovation projects when needed
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
• Interact with residents respectfully and professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Working knowledge of apartment maintenance: ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• HVAC knowledge/certification (but not required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Trustworthy, level-headed, and accountable — you get the job done without constant supervision
• A true team player with good communication skills
