Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Residential / Apartment Maintenance Tech with IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY (must be able to start tomorrow) to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion (work orders include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairing appliances)
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in residential (apartments, townhomes, houses, hotels, etc.) maintenance or other related fields
• Must have your own *reliable transportation
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• HVAC certification helpful but not required
• EPA certification helpful but not required
• CPO certification helpful but not required
