Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

We’re hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a community in Durham, NH. If you have strong maintenance skills and solid apartment industry experience, this is a great opportunity to join a reliable team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work orders and routine maintenance
• Assist with unit turnovers and apartment repairs
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Maintain property standards and respond to resident needs

Requirements:

• Proven apartment maintenance experience
• Skilled in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
