Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure property upkeep
• Prepare units for new move-ins (turnovers)
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of common areas and amenities
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
• Work closely with the Property Manager and other team members to support day-to-day operations

✅ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance required
• HVAC certification (EPA) and/or CPO (Certified Pool Operator) but not required
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must have reliable transportation and basic tools
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
