Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• 2+ years’ experience in maintenance
• 1+ years in multifamily housing
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• CPO certification is strongly
• Boilers class 1, 2 or special is strongly
• A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
