Pay: $23/hr.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

On-Call Required | Tools & EPA Type II or Universal Certification Required



BGSF is a leading staffing agency in property management, and we’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a residential apartment community in Mount Dora, FL. If you’re a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and a passion for property upkeep, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations
• Perform and oversee repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventative maintenance
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotation

Requirements:

• Must have own tools
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Previous experience in apartment maintenance and supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
