Pay: $28/hr | Contract-to-Hire | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM

Step into a leadership role with BGSF! We’re seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a multifamily property in Fairfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected team and transition into a permanent position.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Oversee daily operations, including preventive maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate with property management to maintain safety and compliance standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Provide hands-on support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team effectively
• Reliable transportation
