???? What You'll Do

• Handle daily maintenance and repairs for apartments, buildings, common areas, breezeways, irrigation systems, and grounds.

• Complete all service requests within one business day (when possible).

• Perform make-ready duties in vacant apartments, coordinating with vendors for flooring, cleaning, and repairs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked maintenance shop.

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for 24-hour emergency maintenance.

• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with and fellow team members.

???? What We're Looking For

• HVAC or EPA certification

• Pool maintenance experience a plus

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (preferably in multifamily housing)

• Knowledge of and hands-on skills in:

  • HVAC troubleshooting & repairs

  • Electrical & mechanical systems

  • Plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems

• Ability to work in an on-call rotation and handle emergency maintenance needs

???? Physical Requirements

• Lift objects up to 75 lbs

• Bend, stoop, twist, and reach into small or overhead spaces as needed

• Stand and walk for extended periods across property grounds
