We're seeking experienced Apartment HVAC Maintenance Technicians to start immediately at residential communities in SE DC, and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading property management staffing agency with the potential for long-term placement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• Complete work orders and ensure timely response to maintenance requests
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property
• Assist with special projects and emergency maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• HVAC Certification
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
