$23–$25/hr | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8AM–4:30PM

BGSF partners with leading Property Management companies across Chicago, and we’re looking for a skilled, reliable Maintenance Technician to support daily operations, service requests, and community upkeep. If you take pride in your work and enjoy making apartment homes look and function their best, this role is a perfect fit.

️ What You’ll Do

• Complete and troubleshoot daily service requests
• Support light plumbing and electrical repairs
• Change/repair locks, lighting, and basic hardware
• Install and repair household appliances
• Perform interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• Assist with pressure washing, groundskeeping, and general exterior upkeep

✔️ What You Bring

• Experience in maintenance, construction, renovation, or similar trade
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Basic hand tools required (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Power tools are a plus
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to help wherever needed
