ANALYZER SYSTEMS ENGINEERS NEEDED - DEER PARK, TX - HYBRID/OFFICE BASED

Location: Deer Park, TX
Position: Analyzer Systems Engineers (3-4 Needed)
Pay: $80-125/hour

Details:
· 10+ years of instrumentation, analyzer, and controls experience in the chemical, refining, or process industries
· B.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
· Develop scopes and project proposals, and coordinate with on-site/off-site personnel
· Assist contract managers with customer specifications, safety standards, claims, technical details, costs, and deliverables for sales proposals.
· Provide analyzer engineering support for capital projects, including defining analyzer and sample system scope, inputting into estimates, and specifying equipment.
· Execute analyzer integration project deliverables efficiently, on time, and in compliance with safety requirements and project specifications.
· Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting assistance, and training to analyzer technicians.
· Provide work packages for unit turnaround work, prioritizing and coordinating resources across projects.
· Develop and deliver work plans, budgets, and risk assessments for analyzer-related projects.
· Ensure compliance with local policies, engineering practices, and governing safety and equipment standards (e.g., NEC, OSHA, API).
Required Knowledge:
· Proficient in working with a wide range of analyzers, including:
o Gas Chromatographs (GC)
o Tunable Diode Lasers (TDL)
o Near Infrared (NIR)
o Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS)
o Physical properties analyzers (RVP, Sp.Gr., Density, Cloud, Flash, Boiling Pt.)
o Continuous UV/IR analyzers
o BTU, Moisture, Total Sulfur, and Water Quality (TOC, pH, Conductivity, DO)
· Process Analyzer Standards: ANSI, API 555, ASTM D323 (Reid and Triple Expansion Methods), NACE MR0175, ISO 15156.
· Electrical & Safety Standards: NFPA 70, NFPA 496, NEC, OSHA.
· Environmental & Air Permitting Regulations: 40 CFR Part 60, 40 CFR Part 75.
· Hazardous Areas and CEMS Design: Electrical hazardous area classifications, CEMS analyzer techniques, associated sample conditioning system design.
· Communication Protocols: Advanced knowledge of communication protocols for analyzer systems.

**Oil and Gas/Chemical experience required.
