What You Will Be Doing

You will be working with our technical experts to understand the requirements in recertifying laboratory GC, GCMS, LC and LCMS instrumentation, and providing technical support. You will carry out refurbishments and testing of various instruments, as well as provide customer service and technical support.

What You Need for this Position

Minimum Qualifications
 

• 2 years of undergraduate studies in science
• Hands-on experience with mechanical tools
• Good listener
• Attention to details
• Good organizational skills
• You must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, walk and or stand up to 8 hours a day, and travel to meet with customers
• Highly computer literate: MSOffice, Excel, Oracle
• Valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel up to 50% with short notice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry preferred
• 2 + years of prior field service experience in related field is preferred
• Associates Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, OR biology degree OR military equivalent
• Experience with chemistry, biology or biochemistry via prior work experience and education
