Alignment Officer / Chief Engineer

Remote USA

We are seeking an experienced Alignment Engineer or Chief Engineer to lead and oversee all vendors. This role requires a strong background in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as experience managing vendors. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with outside vendors to determine their strengths and areas of expertise.
• Need to be well versed in areas of maintenance, operation, and repair of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and HVAC equipment.
• Will work remote as part of team.
• Need to be able to make outbound phones calls to vendors
• Maintain accurate records of vendors and their skills.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in building systems maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA Universal Certification, Master Electrician, HVAC license) strongly .
• Proficient in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
