Job Description

Location: Manchester / Lancashire\nSalary: £17 – £19 per hour\nHours: 48-hour week + overtime available\nBenefits: Door-to-door pay, 21 days holiday + bank holidays\n\nAbout the Role:\nWe are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our team, carrying out service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair work across a range of air conditioning systems. This is a field-based position covering the Manchester and Lancashire areas, with door-to-door travel included.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, etc.)\n\n * \n\n Diagnose faults and complete remedial works to a high standard\n\n * \n\n Carry out routine PPM tasks\n\n * \n\n Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with industry standards\n\n * \n\n Provide excellent customer service while on client sites\n\n * \n\n Complete job sheets and reports accurately\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Minimum 5 years’ experience as an AC engineer\n\n * \n\n F-Gas qualification (Category 1 )\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems and controls\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\n * \n\n Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n * \n\n Competitive hourly rate (£17–£19 per hour)\n\n * \n\n 48-hour week with plenty of overtime available\n\n * \n\n Door-to-door pay\n\n * \n\n 21 days annual holiday + bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Opportunities for ongoing training and career development
