Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance & Breakdown Engineer\nSalary: Up to £48,000 + Company Van, Tools & Fuel Card\nLocation: London (mobile role)\nBenefits: 20 days holiday, pension scheme, long-term career opportunities\n\nWe are looking for a highly experienced Air Conditioning Service, Maintenance & Breakdown Engineer to join our team, covering London. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in fault-finding and system diagnostics.\n\nThe Role:\n\nCarry out service, maintenance, and reactive breakdown repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, AHUs, etc.).\n\nDiagnose and resolve complex faults, including electrical and pressure-related issues.\n\nPerform pressure checks and system adjustments to ensure optimal performance.\n\nWork independently across client sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.\n\nProvide support and guidance to colleagues when needed.\n\nAbout You:\n\nA wealth of experience in air conditioning service, maintenance, and breakdowns.\n\nStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with knowledge of pressure testing and system checks.\n\nF-Gas 2079 certification essential.\n\nNVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration ().\n\nFull UK driving licence.\n\nProfessional, reliable, and able to deliver high standards of work across varied environments.\n\nWhat's on Offer:\n\nSalary up to £48,000 DOE.\n\nCompany van, tools, and fuel card included.\n\n20 days holiday (including bank holidays).\n\nPension scheme.\n\nOpportunity to work with a respected and supportive team.\n\nIf you feel you meet the criteria please contact Andrew Napier at Penguin Recruitment
