Air Conditioning Engineer - Building Services

Job Description

We are working with a family run FM company who are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong background in building services to join our growing team. Covering London and the M25 area, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential sites.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Service, repair and maintain a wide range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, AHUs, etc.)\n\n * \n\n Carry out fault finding and diagnostics to ensure minimal downtime for clients\n\n * \n\n Support installation and commissioning of new systems when required\n\n * \n\n Work closely with building managers and clients to deliver high-quality service\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer within building services\n\n * \n\n F-Gas qualification (essential)\n\n * \n\n NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent\n\n * \n\n Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and client-facing skills\n\nPackage:\n\n * \n\n Up to £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience)\n\n * \n\n Overtime and call-out opportunities\n\n * \n\n Company van, fuel card & tools provided\n\n * \n\n 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Pension scheme & career progression opportunities\n\nIf you are a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer looking for your next challenge, apply today and become a key part of a professional, supportive team covering London and the M25
