Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer

Position: Air conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Location: Wiltshire - Multi site



I am working with a well established and reputable Facilities Management business who specialise in Constrcution, FM, M+E, Project Services and MEP Residential. They focus on hard working, great people and commit to their teams and staff ensuring that there is a positive working environment with plenty of scope for progression and career deelopment.



The Role:



To respons to dayto day reactive AHU faults, A/C Faults, and monthly PPMs to support the contract delivery.



* Servicing all AC units at prestigious commercial dwellings.



* Fault finding and repairs of air conditioning systems; VRV VRF's, split units, chillers



* providing maintenance and inspection of all units on sites



* Completing small works, installations and refurbs of AC cooling equipment.



* General ad-hoc maintenance tasks when required.



Requirements and Qualifications



* Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works / tasks completed within KPI’s



* A Current F gas category one certificate



* Previous experience in same or similar role



* NVQ level 2 in AC



* SC Clearance or ability to obtain (Essential)
