About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Architect to design and lead the development of enterprise-scale artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role will be responsible for building scalable AI/ML architectures, defining best practices, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, production-ready AI-driven products.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI/ML systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures, including data pipelines, model development, deployment, and monitoring

• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure AI/ML technical solutions

• Evaluate, select, and implement AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms

• Define best practices, standards, and governance for AI/ML model development and deployment

• Lead and mentor teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers

• Ensure AI/ML systems are scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready

• Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications and IT infrastructure

• Architect and implement cloud-based AI/ML solutions using modern platforms

• Support big data processing, feature engineering, and data pipeline design

• Drive innovation using advanced AI techniques including Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist

• Strong expertise in:

  • Machine Learning and Deep Learning

  • Natural Processing (NLP)

  • Computer Vision

  • Agentic AI architectures

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks:

  • TensorFlow

  • PyTorch

  • Scikit-learn

• Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms:

  • AWS SageMaker

  • Azure Machine Learning

  • Google AI Platform

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java

• Experience with big data technologies and data pipeline architecture

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows

• Strong understanding of production-grade ML system deployment

• Stable career history (No job hoppers)

• Must be willing to work hybrid in Plano, TX

• Experience building enterprise-scale AI/ML platforms

• Experience integrating AI systems into enterprise applications

• Experience with distributed computing and large-scale data processing
