Gen AI Lead

London / Hybrid

We’re seeking a Gen AI Lead to shape, design, and deliver cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. This is a senior role where you’ll combine technical expertise with leadership, taking projects from concept through to production while helping to define the future of AI innovation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading on Generative AI solution design and development
• Researching and implementing new methodologies and approaches
• Driving projects from design, through proof of concept, into production
• Developing and delivering data science solutions using diverse data sources
• Leading stakeholder management and resolving issues across project work
• Sourcing and engineering data to support data science activities
• Ensuring all work is documented, quality assured, and aligned with governance

Who we’re looking for:

• Degree in statistics, computer science, data science, or equivalent experience
• Strong experience handling high volumes of data with excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of a wide range of Generative AI models and techniques
• Conceptual understanding of large models (LLMs)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and AI development
• Experience with cloud- tools on Azure and AWS
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with clear communication skills
