Agile Project Manager/Sr. Consultant-IT Manager lead and oversee complex IT projects. and requires someone who can drive strategic planning, manage team, and ensure project goals align with business objectives. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage large-scale IT application development projects, ensuring they meet scope, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and facilitate discussions to build consensus among stakeholders, including analysts, programmers, and clients.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial plans and goals.
• Oversee system development and implementation, adhering to prescribed methodologies and standards.
• Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Experience with Agile Software-MONDAY to track progress and manage workflows effectively.
• Apply principles of Agile to drive efficient project execution and team collaboration.
• Manage change processes to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate on CRM and ERP system-related projects to enhance organizational efficiency.
•SMS is on angular and written in C Sharp. Website and team portal is on WordPress and written in C sharp. Experience and Knowledge required.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such Monday.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and budget management processes.
•Experienced with Agile Software-MONDAY and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in CRM systems and change management practices.
Experience to provide Tech support-Tier 1-2
• Background in application development and strategic planning.
